Professional Development

The extensive Asian art resources of the Gallery are made available to teachers through our professional development activities. Studies of Asia and its visual arts may be incorporated into many key learning areas. We are aware of the specific needs of differing curriculum areas including visual arts, Asian languages, studies of religion, performing arts, history and geography. Based on our permanent collection and incorporating temporary exhibitions, professional development gives teachers access to curators, educators, conservators and scholars.
